Return & Refund Policy

At KNITS, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must have all original tags attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note: Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately at knitslounge@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Used or worn products


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
