From time to time, KNITS may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain value. Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking information via email or message so you can track the progress of your delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing the order, and KNITS will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
